YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM WHEN REGISTERING FOR TEAM CAMP:
OPTION #1
Log on to www.oregonstatefootballcamps.com and follow the directions.
- Be sure to register as a Team Dorm Camper.
- Don’t forget to mail the Helmet Warning and Care/Awareness and Risk Form and the Parental/Guardian Release and Information form to OSU.
- ER players only have to pay $250 for camp, not the $275 that is listed on-line. If you end up paying $275 OSU will reimburse you after the camp.
OPTION #2
Have your son pick-up a camp brochure from me in my classroom.
- Complete the information and mail the registration form and your payment to OSU.
- Be sure to register as a Team Dorm Camper.
- ER players only have to pay $250 for camp, not the $275 that is listed in the brochure. Only send $250 at this time and the camp will be paid for.
TRANSPORTATION FEE
In order to travel together as a team we are asking each camper to submit a $50 transportation fee. This payment must be made to Libbie Bristow, ER Bookkeeper, no later than June 5 th. If you are writing a check please make it payable to Jaguar Football.
KEEPING TRACK OF CAMPERS
Please send me an e-mail at tarsivj@puyallup.k12.wa.us as soon as you complete your registration. I will need to compile a list of players attending camp for both myself and Emerald Ridge High School as well as create rooming assignments.
